Refund policy

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. You can always contact us for any return enquiries at hello@stripped.supply.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate your situation.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer Exchanges.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns for medical products processed through the NDSS due to change of mind.

We provide refunds automatically if we're unable to fulfil an order due to a customer not fulfilling NDSS requirements or if stock is unavailable 10 days post-order. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We ship via Australia Post to anywhere in Australia. See the Australia Post website for estimated shipping times and potential delays.
