1. Introduction

These Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all subscriptions purchased from Stripped Supply Pty Ltd (ABN 76 650 462 507) (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Stripped Supply”).

By creating a Stripped Supply account and purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will apply to all future orders. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Your continued use of the subscription confirms your acceptance of any updated Terms.

2. Subscription Service Overview

A Stripped Supply subscription provides ongoing deliveries of diabetes-related products (“Products”) at your chosen frequency (monthly, bi-monthly etc.). Subscriptions continue until cancelled in line with these Terms.

We reserve the right to make changes to Products, delivery schedules, and service features from time to time.

3. Customer Responsibilities

When creating your account, you confirm that:

• All information provided is true, accurate, and up to date.

• You have the authority to agree to these Terms.

• You will keep your account details (including passwords) secure.

You are responsible for updating your account with any changes (e.g., address updates, payment details, product preferences). We are not liable for issues caused by outdated information in your account.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

4. Payments

• Subscription fees must be paid via credit card, debit card, or via ShopPay.

• Subscription fees are automatically charged based on your chosen frequency.

• We may adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.

5. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

Due to the nature of the medical and consumable products we supply, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong product.

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

• We have charged you in error; or

• You are entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law (e.g., if a product is faulty).

6. Product Substitutions

From time to time, certain products may become unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value and relevancy to ensure your delivery is not delayed. We will attempt to notify you if any major substitutions are required.

7. Cancellations

• You can cancel anytime via your online account, and cancellations take effect immediately.

• If you cancel via email, please allow up to 7 days for processing.

Once cancelled, no further charges will apply unless a payment has already been processed for an upcoming order.

8. Termination by Stripped Supply

We may cancel your subscription if:

• You breach these Terms and fail to fix the issue within 7 days of notice;

• A payment fails and is not rectified promptly; or

• We decide (at our discretion) to discontinue your subscription or the service entirely.

We are not responsible for any loss caused by such termination.

You are responsible for ensuring products are appropriate for your personal health and medical condition. Stripped Supply is not responsible for any faults, defects, or performance issues related to the products provided.
