FAQs

How does Stripped Supply work?

Once you've checked out online with your custom-built subscription box, your order is sent to our independent, Australian-approved pharmacy to be processed through the NDSS. Our pharmacy then hand packs your box and sends it via Australia Post to any location in Australia.

We automatically send your next order of NDSS supplies at your next shipping date, which is usually 30 or 60 days from your last order. You can change your products, delay or fast track your next box at any time via your online account.

How much does the subscription cost?

Our subscription costs $18/month.

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia wide!

How much does shipping cost?

There is a flat $12 shipping fee for all box orders. For small orders shipped in a padded mailing bag (orders only containing a CGM Transmitter or only containing test strips) there is a flat $6 shipping fee.

How long does shipping take?

We currently ship orders within 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 2-8 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped. For up-to-date delivery information, please see the Australia Post website.

We recommend placing your first order 3 to 4 weeks in advance of needing your supplies, to give yourself a 2 week buffer between receiving your delivery and running out of supplies.

Do I have to pay full price for my supplies?

All products are available at your usual NDSS subsidised cost. Simply select your correct Concession Status before adding your product to cart.

How many products do I receive for the 30 or 60 day period?

This is up to you! Calculate how many products you'll require for the next 30 or 60 days, and add these products to your cart.

If it's a 60 day subscription why can't I place an order for 3 boxes of some products?

You may find some ordering restrictions are enforced across our product range. These are reflective of the NDSS Product Limits, which include:

  • Limit of 2 boxes of infusion sets/cannulas
  • Limit of 2 boxes of reservoirs/cartridges
  • Limit of 2 boxes of Dexcom G6 Sensors
  • Limit of 1 box of Dexcom G6 Transmitters

If you require more products in a 60-day period than what your subscription allows you to order, please get in touch and we can update your subscription manually.

What if I want to change the frequency of my order?

You can change your future subscription orders at any time via your online account. If you need support updating your products, you can get in touch with us.

You cannot change an order once it has been processed.

How do I log in to my online account?

You can log into your online account here, or via the 'profile' button in the top right corner of our website.

What is 'Concession Eligibility'?

If you have a Concession or Healthcare Card linked to your NDSS profile, you can receive a further discount on some NDSS products.

Usually, you will be aware if you qualify for this additional subsidy. If you do qualify, select 'Concession Card Holder' from the product page. For instance, if you usually do not pay a co-payment for your CGM products, you should select 'Concession Card Holder' on the product page when placing your order to receive this higher subsidy.

If you're unsure about your Concession status, please get in touch and we will confirm this for you before you place your first order.

Can I still order supplies from my chemist?

Yes! Ordering through Stripped Supply is just like ordering from a different pharmacy. All products you receive from us will still be counted in your annual NDSS allotments, but you can still get products from your local chemist if you need to.

How do I update my payment details?

You can change your payment details at any time via your online account. If you need support updating your details, you can get in touch with us.

How do I update my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address at any time via your online account. If you need support updating your details, you can get in touch with us.

What if I don't know what products I usually order?

We understand it can be overwhelming placing your first order - we stock hundreds of products! If you're unsure of what products you usually order from your local pharmacy, send us an email quoting your NDSS number and we can send you a list of your most used products.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your online account. If you need support cancelling your subscription, you can get in touch with us.
