Integrated with Medtronic's latest advancement in insulin pump therapy, the Guardian™Sensor 3 and Sensor 4 enables different levels of automation that fit your lifestyle. It is designed to be placed on the back of your upper arm and can stay on for up to 6 days. It automatically measures and continuously stores glucose readings in a web-based program, allowing you to generate reports that can be used during your doctor’s visits and to monitor your own progress.
Each box contains five (5) sensors.
Please note, you must be registered for a CGM through NDSS to access subsidy pricing.
Each glucose sensor can be worn for up to 6 days at a time. Please note Medtronic sensors have a 6-month expiration date from the time they are manufactured. The expiration date is on the outside of the glucose sensor box and on each individual glucose sensor package.
